RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We know shopping online is not always easy and we want your experience with us to be a pleasant one. If your item is not quite right please read the return options available to you. 

SUBMITTING A RETURN

  • Please shoot us an email regarding the item you are wanting to return to sebliss2@bigpond.com.
  • Post your return item/s. We recommend using a trackable method. Se Bliss is not responsible for items lost in transit.

  • Once the returned item/s are received back to us, we will process the refund/exchange within 5 business days.
  • We will notify you via email once we have processed your return. 

FULL PRICED ITEMS

  • Eligible for - REFUND, EXCHANGE  
  • Must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery. 
  • Items need to be received by us in the exact condition that you received them. Tags still attached. Clothing neither washed nor worn.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping cost.
  • NOTE: Refunds or exchanges do not include postage.

  • FINAL PURCHASE 
  • Please choose carefully as sale items are a final purchase. Sale items cannot be exchanged, credited or refunded. 
  • It will be stated ‘Sale Item’ in the description of the item. 

FAULTY OR RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM

  • If you believe you have received a faulty or received a wrong item, please send photos to sebliss2@bigpond.com  within 7 days. 
  • We will rectify this as quickly as we can. We will cover all costs to have the item either replaced or refunded.
  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to make arrangements.
